This project was initiated by the heuristic review. The detected issues increased the need for a task-based usability test in order to evaluate the campus map design. In the planning process, the test plan was created including goal-based personas, questionnaires, tasks, and test environment, and test equipment, and consent form. After identifying the users, I recruited target users who were selected to conduct tests. The collected feedback allowed me to analyze the test and generate the recommendations for the Northeastern campus map design.
